The Early Years team are currently preparing transition paperwork for Primary SENCo’s to support the transition of children that are known to Maidstone STLS. This will be sent to Pre-school settings to add a pupil passport and will also be shared with parent’s.

We would ideally like to arrange transition meetings, but due to the current situation with Covid-19 it will depend on when and how the lockdown is released.
