Five Acre Wood School will use a range of techniques to measure and assess the impact of the Careers programme on pupils.  These include:

  • Reports generated from Compass+ on pupil participation and coverage of the Gatsby Benchmarks with support from the school Enterprise Co-Ordinator from the Careers and Enterprise Company.  This is completed three times per academic year.
  • Destination of pupils.
  • Learning walks and communication from the phase leads.
  • Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and Governance monitoring.
  • We encourage feedback from Teachers, Parents and Students.
  • Platforms for recognising career-related learning including Evidence for Learning.
