Who’s ready for the re-match? After, the success of our Charity football match last year, we are once again, on our way to the Gallagher Stadium in Maidstone. Our FAW team of staff, family members and friends are ready to take on the staff and volunteers from the fantastic Maidstone United FC & Stones in the Community. On this occasion, there will be no space for stoppage time with two whole hours of hotly contested footy to be played!

The price per ticket is just £10 per adult and £5 under 16s. Doors open at 6 pm and kick off at 7.30 pm on Friday 17th May. Drinks and food will also be available to purchase as well as a raffle on the evening with tickets priced at just £2 with the 1st Prize winner taking home a BRAND NEW “Apple iPad 10th Generation”! There is limited free parking at the stadium, but there are various pay and display car parks within walking distance.

Apart from having a fantastic time at the match, you will be supporting a wonderful local charity where all money raised from the event will go towards running and providing essential football resources for our fabulously fun football sessions for the children, across all sites. These sessions promote a variety of learning experiences that support the development of teamwork, communication, movement, and following adult instruction just to name a few!

The sessions are supported by the wonderful Harry and Jack from Stones Community Trust, which is the charitable arm of Maidstone United Football Club. The Trust has delivered a range of programs since starting, that reflect its commitment to improving the education, health, and well-being of its local communities. We are very fortunate to have Harry and Jack as our coaches who provide a differentiated learning experience, allowing all our pupils to access these sessions.

So, get ready for some delightful dribbling, tactful tackling, and possibly some showboating, as the teams play some friendly football for a fantastic cause!
